I recently stayed at Harbour House Looe Villa during a transit on my travel, and I was impressed with two features of this hotel. First, the location was incredibly convenient for my needs. The nearest airport was only 40 km away, making it easy for me to catch my early morning flight. Second, I appreciated the comfort and cleanliness of the holiday home. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring a pleasant and relaxing stay.
The only minor drawback I experienced during my stay was the parking situation. Although there was some parking available, it was a bit limited and required some effort to find a spot.

What a fabulous property! The rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The views from the front rooms and the terrace seating were absolutely stunning. It was such a treat to enjoy a cold G&T while taking in the breathtaking scenery. The location was perfect, with just a short walk to the harbor and the main hub of shops, restaurants, and bars. Plus, the owners were very responsive and provided excellent recommendations for local activities. it was a fantastic weekend getaway.
The only downsides were the lack of a normal hob and oven, which meant we had to use the AGA and plan our meals accordingly. It took some getting used to, but we managed.

The views and location were stunning. Waking up to the sound of the sea and seagulls was so relaxing. The owners really put love and care into the house, and it showed. It was well-equipped with all the little touches like cooking ingredients and chocolates. The quick responses to our questions were much appreciated. This was the best stay we've had in the UK, and we've been to over 20 holiday homes. Thank you!
Felt well taken care of, no complaints at all.

The location of Harbour House was absolutely incredible. Waking up to the sound of the sea and the beautiful view was so relaxing and peaceful. The owners really put a lot of love and care into the house, and it showed in the small touches like chocolates for the kids and quick responses to our questions. The house was also very well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was honestly the best holiday home we've stayed in the UK!
One minor drawback was that the kitchen had an Aga instead of a regular hob and oven. While it took some getting used to, we had to put it on before leaving for the day, which felt a bit wasteful in terms of energy efficiency.

The hotel's decoration was charming and cozy, with a touch of elegance that made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and spacious, providing a comfortable environment for relaxation. As a senior woman, I found the hotel's accessibility to be excellent. There were ramps and handrails throughout the property, making it easy for me to navigate and ensuring my safety.
I would have hoped for better assistance from the staff regarding senior amenities.
